HVAC Service Technician

Job Purpose:
Maintain environmental conditions by installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; maintain records.

Duties:

  • Organize work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gather required materials.
  • Establish environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, motors, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components; complete power connections.
  • Tests and repair environmental systems by operating the systems; identify malfunctions; repair or replace sealants, parts, and components.
  • Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance; call for repairs.* Document actions by completing equipment records.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations.* Update job knowledge by participating in company educational opportunities; read technical publications.
  • Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Remodel Plumber

Job Purpose:
Accurately determines and executes detailed plumbing, including implementation of various water systems.

Duties:

  • Visualize and create new water and sewer installation plans as well as tap into existing systems with an emphasis in conserving water
  • Assist clients with kitchen, bathroom, and all other remodeling projects from budgeting to implementing the most effective water systems
  • Effectively manage your own time on a daily basis
  • Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance; call for repairs.* Document actions by completing equipment records.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations.
