Where did this year go? It's hard to believe that 2016 is coming to a close. It's been a big year at Master Plumbing - here are a few highlights:
Leadership Transitions
After over 30 years of dedicated service, Dave Judd has announced his retirement. He has helped thousands in the Cedar Rapids area by providing the highest quality plumbing expertise at an affordable price. Dave has also led the way in building a team of energetic, personable, experienced, caring and knowledgeable people at Master Plumbing. Thank you, Dave!
Additionally this year, Tom Hall has transitioned into the role of President. Tom is a genius when it comes to plumbing, heating and cooling for both residential and commercial properties - a rare trait. Not only that, but Tom also advises our expert technicians and manages our busy office.
Angie's List Super Service Award - AGAIN!
For the sixth time in a row, Master Plumbing has been awarded the Angie's List Super Service Award! This award recognizes the top 5% of companies rated by customer reviews on the Angie's List website. We're so proud to add another Angie's List Super Service Award to our collection!
What's Ahead in 2017
We are continuing to build out the simulated in-home training facility at our Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling building in Cedar Rapids. This facility will allow us to provide the highest quality and training possible for our technicians. In turn, that means even better service for you.
Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling technicians will also be continually trained on cutting-edge home comfort technologies. Your home or business can be outfitted with wifi-controlled thermostats, tankless water heaters and H.E.P.A. air filters. All of these devices offer amazing improvements to the efficiency of your home or business, and our technicians will help you navigate each one.
